Elle r\u00e9appara\u00eet en 2012 apr\u00e8s seize ann\u00e9es d&#8217;absence. Forte d\u2019une nouvelle r\u00e9daction, chaque nouvelle parution s\u2019accompagnent d\u00e9sormais d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements ou de performances produites \u00e0 travers le monde (\u00e0 Paris pour le salon Light, au Care\/of de Milan, \u00e0 la galerie Supportico Lopez de Berlin, \u00e0 Printed Matter et White Box \u00e0 New York, \u00e0 la biennale de Venise, \u00e0 la Manifesta de St Petersbourg, ou encore au CNEAI et au centre Franz Masereel pour deux expositions historiques).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">En 2014, &amp; IL TOPO lance son manifeste Topiste, initialement publi\u00e9 dans un quotidien Cor\u00e9en, puis en avril 2015 dans la revue am\u00e9ricaine <em>Journal of Artists\u2019 Books<\/em> n\u00b037 et pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans sa version fran\u00e7aise au CLA. Cet acte frappe un renouveau de la revue et surtout la naissance du Topisme, un mouvement artistique transg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel et international, aux contours assur\u00e9ment tout aussi flous que ceux de son support historique.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La premi\u00e8re exposition du mouvement Topiste qui s\u2019est tenue au CLA jusqu\u2019au 19 mars 2015, a fourni le mat\u00e9riel n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la production du n\u00b017 de la revue. En effet, outre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019expositions, les visiteurs \u00e9taient invit\u00e9s \u00e0 apposer dans un carnet l\u2019empreinte digitale de leur pouce, comme un relev\u00e9 consciencieux des identit\u00e9s pass\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement.
